Benefits The proposed project will expand the Recycled Water distribution system to offset up to 59 acre-feet per year of existing use of potable water by the following developments: The Cove Development – The Cove Park Mayfield Development Track – Tamarisk Park Track – Terrrazzo Park

Recommendation Approve and authorize the following:
1. Execution by the General Manager of the District's standard form of contract with the lowest responsive bidder, Hemet Manufacturing Company dba Genesis Construction, in the amount of $786,800; 2. Rejection of all other bids received under Specification No. 1306P; 3. Administrative award and execution by the General Manager of the District’s standard form of contracts with the necessary consultants and suppliers for engineering support during construction; and 4. Additional appropriation of $1,211,000, which brings the total estimated project cost to $1,306,600.
