Who can attend?
Members who will have 90 consecutive days of Title 10 or 32 Active Duty, other than for training away from home station FY 16. (i.e. Tech School doesn’t count)
Purpose:
Provide information to members and families and prepare them for the challenges of an upcoming deployment, or reintegrating back into the workplace, their social circles, the community and their families.
Dress Code:
Business Casual
Arrangements to alternative California (only) YR events may be made, if needed. Funding arrangements must be made prior to any non ANG YR event.

Coordinate With Your Orderly Room:
Military members will be placed on Special Training (ST) orders.
Members will be allowed 2 Invitational Travel Orders (ITO) for dependents.
3 ST days, 2 nights lodging
Important:
Rental Cars are NOT reimbursable
All participating guests attending must be registered
Cancellations MUST be done 72 hours before event (noon 13 DEC) to avoid hotel room charges
Unless stated otherwise, valet Parking is not reimbursable .
