3. Requirements Every student must have a choir polo
Every student must have a pencil and highlighters
The school has uniforms that has been issued to each student – one cleaning per year is covered by Boosters – please clean professionally or hand wash dresses/shirts one garment at a time
Every student uses folder and music in class – all of this material is provided for the students thanks to the Cavalier Choir Boosters

4. Your Paperwork
Each Member has received a student data sheet- PLEASE check for accuracy as we communicate extensively through Charms
If everything is correct (we hope this is most of you) DO NOTHING WITH THIS PAPER – it is our choir gift to you
If there is missing / incorrect information PLEASE CORRECT THIS INFORMATION RIGHT NOW – Go to Text your kid for the ID and DON’T CHANGE IT
If thing change this year, LOG IN TO to correct or add to this page, view items issued, money due, etc. You will use CollegeParkChoir and your student’s ID Number

5. Booster Club
We cannot charge “Class Fees” if the items are not consumable goods – we are a group, so this is pretty much all of our materials
All Booster Club funding must go to all students in the program – this is good – we are a group!
Booster Clubs can NOT keep individual accounts- all money goes to all students
We have a limited budget from the school. They cover transportation, fees, operating supplies and letter jackets. The rest must come from BOOSTER CLUB – THANK YOU!!!!!!!!!!

6. The Bare Necessities
What we need to make choir work – the Booster Club budget plus the school budget
We need each of you to commit to this program – the only way to get what we need is through our Booster Club and your Choir Commitment!
The greenery and military salute will be our supply for THIS YEAR’S activities. Let’s make these the best year ever =)

9. CCB Choir Commitment Fee
What is it and why is it important? It is a fee that first and foremost is used to support your student’s participation in the Choir program. It is also necessary to continue the Cavalier Choir Boosters as a non-profit organization. Without your support this organization could not exist!
