iPhone and iPad, how do we support …
iPhone and iPads is a supplement to the MP´s existing Lenovo Portable PC. We have made folders to help with the most answered questions. iPhone and iPads are used for conference at the Folketing meeting rooms. iPhone and iPads is a supplement to the MP´s existing (for the moment) Lenovo Portable PC. They choose if they want to have 1 on 1 introduction or just a quick handover. We have made folders to help with the most answered questions. iPhone and iPads are used for conference at the Folketing meetingrooms. The accessability is provided with AppleTV boxes via AirPlay and make it possible to present contents from the iPhone or iPad on a big screen.

Besides receiving mail and calendar updates they also have the TINGET application and the Folketing TV application Another WEB app that is used as a tool for the Folketing is the Service Portal app. Besides recieving mail and calender updates they also have the TINGET application. This WEB app is a simplified version of our internal website that contains the documents that the MP is going to use. Also the Folketinget TV app. Let them keep track of the meetings held in the Folketing. Another WEB app that is used as a tool for the Folketing is the Serviceportal app. This app lets the MP call for different service such as error on printing, ordering Business Cards and so on

What we do to inform MP´s what is new …
We frequently scan the market for interesting apps We frequently scan the market for interesting apps. We then held small seminars and show the result. These seminars is also intended for the employees in the Parties and the administration. When Apple send updates to their devices we download them and test the update on the devices. We can not stop the users to update, but we inform if there is any problems with the update.

Backup of iDevices, new and defective …
It happens we buy new models of iPhone and iPads, then the MP´s are very interesting to get the new device. Ancient ones New Smart Ones Also when we have faulty devices we take a backup (if possible) so we can recreate the new device for the MP´s or employee. It happens we buy new models of iPhone and iPads, then the MP´s are very interesting to get the new device. Often they have a lot of private and business critical subjects on their idevice. They do ofcourse want it back on the new iPhone or iPad. That we do, using either Apple´s iCloud or their PC through iTunes. Also when we have faulty devices we take a backup (if possible) so we can recreate the new device for the MP´s or employee.

When things go wrong … Our devices have a rough life
Some repairs we can do by ourselves. Our devices have a rough life. They are exposed to all kind of situations which can cause them to break. We have made agreements with Serviceproviders that come and fix our devices in house. Some repairs we can do by ourselves. We can change the battery on the older iPhones, also the backcover. We also change hardware components on the Lenovo PC´s ourselves. We experience FAN errors, broken LCD panels, coffee in the keyboard and so on.
