2. Santa’s Parade of Lights Cost: Free! When: November 21 Where: Jasper Ave. & 99 St. About: Santa’s coming to town! Celebrate the wonders of winter at this festive parade with the jolly old man. Don’t forget to bring your letters for Santa—you can meet him at the end of the parade in Churchill Square!
