The hospital Human Resources/Staffing are calling the command center informing them that they have gotten several reports from employees trying to come into work to support the mass casualty call out, but are unable to due to road conditions. Employees are wondering what they should do in the meantime

Supervisor finds out that staff are unsure if they should go with patient or stay back. Thankfully staff has not left with earlier transport

Two people walk up to your staging area - one in a Gown (hospital)/ clothes (LTC/clinic). When asked who they are, the ungowned person informs you that he found this confused and lost person a block down. He assumed he was a patient and helped walk him back to your facility. He was unsure of what should have happened and is hoping he did the right thing

Staff is reporting that as they are evacuating the patients they notice many of them are very nervous and scared. Many are refusing transport and some are wondering why they can’t just go home to their loved ones?
