RAINBOW South Africa is known to be a rainbow nation, famous for its diversity in different cultures expressing themselves in a variety of colours speaking a different language of it’s own. COLOUR! When you hear the word, your mind already is set in so many colourful, meaningful and bright colours. As different as they are from one another they speak their own language and express different meanings, with blossoming activity and bringing life to everything it reflects. Each colour may express a different meaning,e.g Red may resemble Love or blood. When you think about the colour blue already what comes to mind is the sky ,the sea and also harmony.

RAINBOW Purple you think of lavenda,Green is the forest, white symbolises peace and black is mostly associated with darkness, evil- doings something that is not pure. Colour is a universal language its almost as though you can communicate with one another without uttering a word, the simplicity of expressing one’s emotions through colour and being understood.

RAINBOW Some people use colour to express how they feel on that particular time or day, you may feel happy and wear bright colours ,some just like to colour co-ordinate be it in clothes, house decorations and even in art. Certain colours go along very well , for instance lime and yellow or orange even,pink and purple or blue sometimes in painting you may mix certain colours to produce a specific and unique colour coding. E.g. mixing black and white produces grey, arrange and yellow produces red, etc.

RAIBOW Not only may we use colour in clothes we wear but also to learn each other’s personalities through the colour co-ordination they use or arranging certain space in order by colour to remember what goes where. Colour brings life, like love it’s always around us and brings people together, it makes a lot of things to make sense, colour soothes, colour responds to a coded language only spoken by those who understand i.e. live and breathe colour every day, we see it every second of our lives and most of all colour makes us appreciate our surroundings.
