Specialist housing for adults with health and social care needs 22 schemes in Somerset SCC currently commissions care and support services SCC does not commission the housing element of ECH

Current model Member of staff on site 24 hour who sleeps in and can be woken to respond in an emergency to deliver incidental care Current teams are unable to react during the day to incidental care
