Responsibilities
Help to define the ‘ONE” global Electrical Schematics tool for engineering in Schneider Electric
Deploy the Electrical Schematics tool for engineering teams worldwide
Execute enhancements and customizations for the Electrical Schematics tool (in-house or subcontracted)
Define and implement best practices in engineering for the Electrical Schematics tool usage
Create the Electrical Schematic functional specifications from engineering requirements
Setup for preventive maintenance, ensure the support chain knowledge and training globally
Requirements
Mechanical / Electromechanical / Software Engineer (4-7 years of experience in any field)
Technical abilities:
PLC experience and/or electromechanical
Protective control, motor control, metering and
monitoring schemes a plus.
Know any 2D CAD System (e.g. AutoCAD)
Schematic Tools
Familiar with automation programming in
Autodesk and Microsoft VB platforms or others (C#, C++).

Ensure the quality and integration of the CoDa application with other engineering applications

Write technical specifications, for implementation, enhancements and customization of the CoDa application (in-house or subcontracted)
