From I-95 take exit #166A (Newington/ Fort Belvoir exit) From this ramp you travel southeast on the Fairfax County Parkway to Route 1/Richmond Highway. Turn left (north) onto Route 1 where you will immediately see the Tulley Gate entrance to your right. If your vehicle does not have a DoD Decal you must enter through the Tulley Gate. Your vehicle will be diverted to the vehicle inspection tent on the right where your drivers license will be scanned.
