By solving company issue and interacting with locals, the trainee begins to understand the culture and business norms thus making him/her a world citizen By fulfilling challenging job description in an alien working environment, the trainee becomes Solution oriented By interacting with other employees and having a collaborative workspace, the trainee understands how he/she can empower others. By understanding his/her Key Performance Indicator and by receiving regular feedback, the trainee becomes more self aware

Checklist YES NO 1 Will the trainee have a direct supervisor for his/her work? 2 Will the trainee have a Job Description co-singed by your company and himself/herself? 3 Will the trainee have clear key performance indicators, which he/she can be accountable to? 4 Will the trainee receive regular feedback abut his/her work? 5 Will the trainee be engaged in the projects demanding collaboration with other employees in the company? 6 Will the trainee be educated on the working rules in the office and the culture of the company? 7 Will the trainee’s work demand understanding of national markets of the company? 8 Will the TRAINEE’s work allow him/her to look for creative solutions on the tasks included in his/her job description? If you answered for all questions “Yes” , congratulations! You are enabling us to deliver leadership experience to the youth.
