1 Control Center – IQ Networking Overview
October, 2011 Welcome to Control Center. The intent of this module is to provide an introductory view of the features and functionality available in the IQ Network portlet of Control Center.

2 IQ Networking Module CenturyLink IQ Networking service provides Internet and MPLS connections. The Network Map allows you a quick view of the status of your CenturyLink IQ Networking service, amongst others. A green bubble on the map indicates there are no “unclosed” trouble or change request tickets on the services under that bubble. If there is an unclosed ticket(s), the icon shown would be a red triangle with an exclamation point.

3 IQ Networking Module- Menu Options
Control Center provides the following menu options to manage your CenturyLink IQ Networking enterprise: Inventory: Lists your circuit IDs and details. Reports: Generate reports to monitor the interfaces for your enterprise. Locations: List of circuit locations. IP Management: New IP Addressing, Routing, or DNS requests may be made here Status: Monitor your IP Management requests and statuses Repair: View/Create/Update repair and request tickets. Notify Contacts: Create and modify contacts in your enterprise.

4 IQ Networking Module- Inventory
The Inventory displays a list of all the IQ circuits associated with your enterprise. This screen gives you the CenturyLink circuit ID, Custom Name (if added), Port Type, Network Name (if part of a Closed User Group, or CUG), Service Location, and Bandwidth. You can filter the circuit list to find a specific circuit more quickly. You can access detailed information about any circuit in the list by clicking the circuit ID field for the service you want to see. You can download the information on this page for your records.

5 IQ Networking Module- Detail
The QoS tab allows customers to submit a request to change the Quality of Service settings for their circuit. Detail tab will allow user to edit custom name for the circuit or location and if a circuit is either an enhanced or private port, the circuit also has the Quality of Service (QoS) component and you have the ability within Control Center® to request a QoS change.

6 IQ Networking Module- Reporting
At-a-Glance reports provide you with a one-page summary of important performance indicators for a specific interface during a specified period of time. These reports display indicators as bandwidth, volume in bytes, and circuit type-specific errors. Trend Reports allows you to generate reports on up to ten variables for a single interface. You can also generate a report on a single variable, such as bandwidth, for up to ten interfaces.

7 IQ Networking Module- Locations
The Locations screen displays a listing of all the network locations associated with your enterprise. You can access detailed information about any listed network location by clicking the appropriate name. The Filters section narrows the locations so that only those that match specific criteria will appear. The CenturyLink IQ Networking Locations section displays a list of all locations or all locations that match your criteria, (if you entered a filter), allowing you to access detailed information for any port in the list.
