Read the “Presumption of Innocence” hand out and respond to the following questions:
It is a jury’s responsibility to determine if someone is “guilty beyond a reasonable doubt”.
What does it mean to have “reasonable doubt”?
How does this relate to the ongoing argument between Juror 8 and the rest of the jury?

3. You’ve heard of the Seven Dwarves, right?
Work with your table group to name each of the “12 Angry Men”
Try to come up with a name for each that encapsulates his entire personality in the jury room

4. What’s on the Twelve Angry Men Test?
You need to know the personality of each juror, and what each man believes throughout the case
You need to know each piece of evidence from the case, and what the men decide about each piece
You need to know the final verdict of the case and form an opinion about it
