(1) Caseload - How many students do you work with? What is a sustainable amount you can do for those students?
(2) Number on PRB or in difficulty – if this is a lower number, then maybe calls and direct contact are best approaches.
(3) Goals / Outcomes – what is it you would want for your population of students in difficulty to know, learn, do, etc?
(4) Dept resources – this includes financial resources as well as what wealth of staff, student connections, work options, etc are possibilities to draw from as you support these students.
