This is an example of one of the basic risk factors staff were asked questions on.
A rating of 1 indicated that this was not an issue for them while working on SEAU, but a rating of 5 indicated a significant problem.
There was also plenty of opportunity for staff to provide more specific answers to any of the questions asked. These are particularly useful in identifying areas for improvement.
