NASB Isa 14:2 "How you have fallen from heaven, O star of the morning, son of the dawn! Ps 110:3 Your people will volunteer freely in the day of Your power; In holy array, from the womb of the dawn, Your youth are to You as the dew. 2Pe 1:19 So we have the prophetic word made more sure, to which you do well to pay attention as to a lamp shining in a dark place, until the day dawns and the morning star arises in your hearts.

Reviling Satan Nothing states that Satan was ever an angel Angels that have fallen are held in chains This is the only passage that references them 2 Peter 2:4 For if God did not spare angels when they sinned, but cast them into (torment) and committed them to pits of darkness, reserved for judgment; Here the word “HELL” is translated from the word TARTAROOS, meaning torment; Jesus uses the word GEHENNA for HELL (Mark 9:43-45)

Reviling Satan Satan is one with authority: The power of death (revoked for those in Christ) Hebrews 2:14 - Therefore, since the children share in flesh and blood, He Himself likewise also partook of the same, that through death He might render powerless him who had the power of death, that is, the devil
15
Reviling Satan Satan is one with authority: The power of death (revoked for those in Christ) Ephesians 6:12 - For our struggle is not against flesh and blood, but against the rulers, against the powers, against the world forces of this darkness, against the spiritual forces of wickedness in the heavenly places.
16
Reviling Satan Satan is one with authority: The power of death (revoked for those in Christ) Some of His power is divinely given Job 1:12 And the LORD said to Satan, "Behold, all that he has is in your power; only do not lay a hand on his person." So Satan went out from the presence of the LORD.
17
Reviling Satan Job 1: Then Satan answered the LORD, "Does Job fear God for nothing? Have You not made a hedge about him and his house and all that he has, on every side? You have blessed the work of his hands, and his possessions have increased in the land. But put forth Your hand now and touch all that he has; he will surely curse You to Your face.". Satan is one with authority Satan has a purpose: Accusation Revelation 12:10 Job 1
18
Reviling Satan Satan is one with authority: We see that this was divinely given and revoked Satan has a purpose: Accusation Revelation 12:10 Job 1 Revelation 12:10 - Then I heard a loud voice in heaven, saying, "Now the salvation, and the power, and the kingdom of our God and the authority of His Christ have come, for the accuser of our brethren has been thrown down, he who accuses them before our God day and night.
19
Reviling Satan Satan is one with authority: Satan has a purpose: Accusation Luke 22:31 - "Simon, Simon, behold, Satan has demanded permission to sift you like wheat”
20
Reviling Satan James 1: Let no one say when he is tempted, "I am being tempted by God"; for God cannot be tempted by evil, and He Himself does not tempt anyone. But each one is tempted when he is carried away and enticed by his own lust. Then when lust has conceived, it gives birth to sin; and when sin is accomplished, it brings forth death. Most important Point: Satan is NOT the reason we sin
21
Reviling Satan Most important Point: Satan is NOT the reason we sin He is our tempter He is NOT the cause of our fall Genesis 3:6 - When the woman saw that the tree was good for food, and that it was a delight to the eyes, and that the tree was desirable to make one wise, she took from its fruit and ate; and she gave also to her husband with her, and he ate. Mt 4:3 And the tempter came and said to Him, "If You are the Son of God, command that these stones become bread."
22
Reviling Satan Most important Point: Satan is NOT the reason we sin He is our tempter He is NOT the cause of our fall Therefore, we may be reviling Him to falsely accuse Him Mt 4:3 And the tempter came and said to Him, "If You are the Son of God, command that these stones become bread."
