7 XFEL components – cavities and module three prototype cavities delivered by vendor ready for vertical test cavities are indeed ready, work at vendor (last BCP &HPR) waiting for INFN test station vertical test of three prototype cavities at INFN All H/W now available since april 3.9 GHz amplifier and LLRF, variable coupling antenna HPR system improved for small cavities Commissioning delayed by status of He liquefier repair work on compressors and cold box (many leaks had to be fixed) Commissioning with 1DE15, starting cooldown today 

11 Open Issues Actually, we see no open issues, which have not already been addressed!

12 Investment profile of DESY WP-46 commitment until 2014 2005 values - cost escalation unconsidered
reliability of investment profile similar to the one of the schedule systematic effects due to restricted granularity allocating invest resources in MSPE systematic effects at tasks which are not on the critical path an may therefore float during time
