The Authority has met 100% of its required Minimum Municipal Obligation/funding requirement each and every year. The Authority budgets with the intent to meet its annual funding requirement/MMO obligation each year.

If not fully funded please provide your strategy to fully fund pension. CONTRIBUTIONS: Pennsylvania Act 205 of 1984, The Municipal Pension Plan Funding Standard and Recovery Act of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania (as amended) (Act 205) requires that annual contributions be based upon the Minimum Municipal Obligation (MMO), which is based on the plan’s annual actuarial valuation. The MMO includes the normal cost estimated administrative expenses and an amortization of the unfunded actuarial accrued liability less estimated member contributions. The state provides an allocation of funds which must be used for pension funding. Any financial requirements established by the MMO which exceeds state and member contributions must be funded by the employer. 28
