3. Strategic Goals Goals I will achieve in 5 years in the year 2018
By age 21 I will be a full-time Medical Office Assistant in Stockton’s Dignity Health Center earning $30, 000 a year.
By August 2015 I will transfer to University of the Pacific to earn my Bachelor of Arts in psychology.
By January 2017 I will attend CSU Sacramento under the two year Master of Social Work program.

4. Strategic Goals Goals I will achieve in 10 years in the year 2023
By May 2020, I will be a licensed Social Worker in the Sacramento or Stockton area, earning $45,000.
By age 30, I will have married a Asian man and have had my first child by 2023.
By 2023, my husband and I will own a single-story (three bedrooms and 2 1/2 bathrooms) in the Stockton Brookside area.

5. Strategic Goals Goals I will achieve in 15 years in the year 2028
By 2028 I will have three children in all. I will be working full time as a school social worker at my elementary school, John Adams Elementary School.
I will buy myself my dream car, a Lexus for $85,000.

6. Strategic Goals Goals I will achieve in 20 years in the year 2033
By 2033 I will have $10,000 set aside for each child’s college fund.
I will continue to contribute to my retirement fund.
I will take my children and husband to complete the holy Islamic pilgrimage to Mecca. This will cost about $7,000 per person.
