We are a family business founded in mid-2008 in order to meet the needs of the industry for high quality machining at a competitive price.

We have expert and trained personal in machining, plus we specialize in manufacturing tooling for cold forming and rolling machines, such as first and second blow (cases and carbide inserts), transfer fingers, blocks for first and second blow (punch), feed rolls, cut off knives and quills, sleeve, matrix (case and carbide insert), wafer, sectioning of rolling dies, as well as most spares of the forging and rolling machines, as lifters and guides, among others. In addition we work from drawings or physical samples.

4. HISTORY
From 2012 we started a project to engineer locally carbide inserts used for cold forming, with training in the United States of America (USA) with duration of one year, and in 2014 the project giving consolidates result in machining 80% of the inserts used by one of our customers saving import costs and logistics of the tooling business, in addition to reducing their inventory levels and reducing delivery times and costs.
In 2015 we have expanded our facilities to cover more market, and in 2016 we are looking for develop some EDM process.
