1st Amendment 1. Congress shall make no law respecting an establishment of religion, or prohibiting the free exercise thereof 2. ..or abridging the freedom of speech 3. .. or of the press 4. .. or right to peaceably assemble 5. .. or to petition the Government for a redress of grievances

4th Amendment UNREASONABLE PROBABLE CAUSE SPECIFICALLY
