My comments – pages/# Cover Page - May 2015 (remove “Draft”) Check Tenses No “will”, “will be” in final report No Schedule - the work is completed what you delivery is important, not how you got there Don’t reference Demo Day Need Summary and Conclusions/Recommendations

All figures/tables need: A number A title Cite in body of text “figure 5 shows…” Reference figs/tables specifically by number in the text Do not use “the chart below..” Number sections in body consistent with TOC

Formatting Don’t let tables split between 2 pages Watch where the titles fall Know the difference between a figure and a table Significant figures !!!

Office 29-Apr Sponsor disposition on your hardware Pickup, scrap, save for next team 30-Apr noon to 8:00 Gampel – setup 1-May Demo Day 9:00 to 4:00 presentations 5:00 out of Gampel to Castleman 6-May Final report - 1 color copy and in your folder 8-May All electronic file completed \\meseniordesign\2014 Return all materials Break down rig (scrapped) – motors, sensors to Tom Boxes on Tables for sponsor pick up No liquids!!
