2613 visits to Murmansk centre Doverie in 2009, and 695 to Kantalahti centre Nadezhda
881 visitors had HIV test in Murmansk in 2009 – 36 cases of HIV detected
Client survey: heroine most popular, 37% sometimes share syringes, 40% not always use condom with occasional partner

Survey among 2514 students in professional lyceums and colleges in Murmansk Region (2006)
Age 14-22
33,7% had tried drugs
40% of those who had tried, continued to use drugs
Interview of teachers and parents
Do not consider drugs as a big problem at schools, think that alcohol and tobacco are more serious problems
