Expanded Scholarship Opportunities
Building on our longstanding close relationship with National Merit, we have recently announced additional scholarship partnerships representing $178 million available to students based on P/N results. United Negro College Fund Hispanic Scholarship Fund Asian American & Pacific Island Scholarship Fund American Indian Graduate Center PN is the nation’s largest precollege assessment – we test more students than any other assessment. In October 2014, a record 3.8 million students took the assessment. Because of this reach, we can offer more students opportunities for accessing college than ever before. By expanding access to scholarship opportunities earlier in high school we can inform students’ decisions about pursuing college and change their trajectories to focus on college. Students who may not otherwise have been aware they were eligible for scholarship opportunities now have these doors opened for them. We are continuing to look for ways to expand these and other scholarship opportunities for PSAT/NMSQT takers. Increased access to over $180 million in scholarships!
