Services:
→ Giving information about the EU integration and areas
related to the profile of the university;
→ Database-services: on-line, CD-ROM;
→ Books, free brochures, commercials, periodicals
Borrowing:
→ The documents of the EC and EU-collection.
→ The EU collection is shared between the Faculty Library
and the Electronic Library.
→ Borrowing time period: 3 weeks/book

9. SERVICES OF THE LIBRARY
Primary condition: Library membership (Faculty Library also included!) The same library card is used in the Faculty Library and the Electronic Library of Markó Street.
REGISTRATION:
→ The registration fee for an Academic year: 500,- Ft;
In case of lost library cards:
 first substitution: 200,- Ft
 all other substitutions: 500,- Ft
→ You need a valid identification card or student card;
→ The library card has to be validated after each closed
semester with presentation of your valid student card.

Reading, studying in place:
→ Special literature, daily, weekly and special periodicals,
dictionaries, handbooks, lecture notes
→ Using 20 computers: Windows 8, Office, Internet, wireless Internet
Borrowing
→ 10 books for 3 weeks: textbooks on commerce, catering, marketing, tourism, hospitality, EU etc.
→ Periodicals for 1 week (except for the latest items, which
can be read in the reading room)
→ reading room items can be borrowed for a weekend

Printing, photocopying, scanning
However, - cannot photocopy complete books
- cannot photocopy from the lecture notes
(lecture notes are published by KVIK and can be borrowed from the Faculty Library)
Printing and photocopying: 15 Ft/page
Scanning: Ft/page

13. Renewing: RENEWING/BOOKING
Renewing the borrowed book is possible in the library, through phone, and Internet until the due date of the book.

We cannot renew if:
 there is a late fee on the book;
 the reader has other debts;
 if there is a reservation on the book;
Late fee is 30,- Ft/day/document.

14. Booking: RENEWING/BOOKING
- if there are no available copies of the book in the library
- you will be informed of the arrival of the required document by from the Electronic Library and by sms from the Faculty Library (price of the sms is 50,- Ft)
- the books can be taken away for 5 days!
