Yoga and meditation were new to most of the kids on the team, and at first many resisted taking it seriously. In the end, it brought the team together, and it really focused them. We always talk about visualization, and this was an extension of that. I think it really made the team closer, and also made them more aware of themselves. By the end of the summer, the kids looked forward to Wednesday Yoga. It was a great experience for them. -Coach Cerasani
