Allowed to use Self-Assessment Products to identify knowledge gaps. $1.00 pmpm Supporter of QFN. No Branding ability. Rules apply. Level II Utilizes CVRP Other QFN offerings might include: Hospital Recognition ACC CV Atlas Specified number of custom NCDR reports $2.00 pmpm Limited branding Level III Hospital Recognition Access to aggregated data from registries.
