You go to school to get an education, you go to work to make a living, you go to the gym to get exercise, you go to the store to shop, you go to the lake to fish, etc., etc.
But church services? Why go there?
Some look upon church service attendance as a “bother”; an unnecessary burden to be avoided; they go because they have to, not because they want to; or, they go with a “bare minimum” approach

3. Why Bother?
Because God “bothers” to create you through his power (Gen. 1:26-27; Job 10:8; Psa. 95:6; 139:14; Rev. 4:11)
Because God “bothers” to sustain you through his care (Acts 17:25; Col. 1:15; Heb. 1:3)
Because God “bothers” to save you through his love (Rom. 5:8-10; Eph. 2:4-8; Rev. 5:9, 12)

4. What would it take to get you back On Sunday Night & Wednesday Night?
Some churches are trying to “jazz” up their services to get people back
Some churches are removing the evening service all together

5. What would it take to get you back On Sunday Night & Wednesday Night?
More love from God (Jas. 1:17)? No, more love from us (Mt. 22:37-38)!
A better God to worship (Psa. 86:8-9; Isa. 40:25-28)? No, better children of God (2 Cor. 8:7)!
A better book to study (Psa. 19:7)? No, better students of the book (Acts 17:11)!
A better group to be with (Rom. 8:14-17)? No, more consideration for the group (Heb. 10:25)!

6. What would it take to get you back On Sunday Night & Wednesday Night?
Does the Sun. night / Wed. night crowd have more time?
Does the Sun. night / Wed. night crowd have better transportation?
Does the Sun. night / Wed. night crowd live closer to the church building?
Does the Sun. night / Wed. night crowd have fewer family to get ready?

Work responsibilities, marriage & family responsibilities?
Projects around the house, yard to cut, guests to come visit?
Errands to run, flat tires, car repairs, favorites TV shows?
Tired, headaches, allergies, health issues?
Children with homework, parties to attend?
