13 Our diagnostic 1. Inconsistent coverage – especially in areas where there are lots of SME’s 2. Not clear ‘what works’ – of the many careers and enterprise services available to schools and colleges 3. ‘Gap’ to bridge between schools and employers: Schools, colleges and employers have different language, timetables and working patterns

14 The Enterprise Adviser Network
Full time, paid, Enterprise Coordinator per 20 schools/colleges to present simple ‘list’ of local services and employers to schools and colleges 1 Enterprise Adviser (business volunteer) per school/college to provide strategic counsel to Principal/Head Teacher 39 LEPs co-leading the network Toolkit listing activities employers can conduct in schools & colleges
