7 minutes to speak.

Use basic speech organization

Highlighting & writing on articles

4. Preparation Know Current International, National, & Local Issues
Read & Watch Credible Sources
Print Credible Articles with Complete Source Citation
File articles in appropriate foreign or domestic “extemp tubs”
Review files in extemp tubs
Know effective delivery style
Know what to do when you get in the room
Refile articles when you return to prep room.
