2 Start by formatting the page spacing: A) remove space after Paragraph

3 Start by formatting the page spacing: B) change the spacing from 1
Start by formatting the page spacing: B) change the spacing from 1.15 to 2.0

4 Before doing anything else, set the font to Times New Roman, and . . .

5 . . . set the font size to 12.

6 Now you may type the following, hitting “enter” after each line:
NAME TEACHER CLASS DATE (note the format)

8 First, go to “Insert” and click on the “Header” button.

9 Once you click the Header button
at the top, you then go down to click “Edit Header” in the drop-down window.

10 Select “Top of Page” and Plain Number,

11 Make sure that the font type and size are correct first, by checking under “Home.”
Then click back to “Design” under the green “Header and Footer Tools,” and type your last name followed by one space.

12 To place the pager number at the right side, go back to “Home”
and click on the right align button.

13 You’re almost there! Just go back to “Design” and click the red “Close” button.
And your page should look like . . .

14 This! Now, you can put a title (centered) and begin your first
paragraph, making sure you always indent the first line of each paragraph.
