2. Session Objective
This is the Roadmap for COMMANDseries V3. Intended to demonstrate the functionality that has been added over the past year. We will also cover what functionality will be added over the upcoming year.

5. Uniface Update

6. Pump
Brand new module that allows the order entry, scheduling and tracking of pump orders.
Pump orders will be entered at the same time as regular orders, schedule set automatically with lead and cleanup time of regular orders.
New scheduling screen specifically for pump. Can see schedule by truck to ensure fleet is fully utilized.
Additional pricing flexibility to facilitate specific pump requirements.

9. Fast Reports
Developed to replace HTML ticket printing.
Used by COMMANDqc product already.
Still able to use all data tags that are currently available.
Uses template that needs to be built in FastReports editor.
Actual printing still done through Citrix.
Easier to setup and modify complex document formats.

13. New Deployment Method
Using “standard” deployment method instead of the “classic” method.
Better organization of installed components.
Faster build times, better turn around for testing individual builds.
Better methodology for giving fixes (form fixes, hot fixes)
Support for new Uniface HTML controls.

15. Auditing Improvements
Performance improvements in both speed and memory.
Auditing available in every form in the system, previously was only on certain forms.
Ability to turn off/on by form.
Shortcuts from order, project, customer, ect to auditing report.
No limitations on order auditing, previously had a 3500 character limit.

16. Truck Type In Ticketing
Truck now checked on ticket, compared to the truck type on the schedule.
Can be setup to compare by truck type itself or max gross weight.

17. Credit Limit Refresh Manager
New comm manager that is available.
Comm manager will be run at specified intervals, will scan though all future credit suspended orders.
Will attempt to release orders that now have credit available.
Will release earliest orders first.

18. Surcharge Modification
Surcharges now separated into it’s own table instead of being a field on the table.
We now track the source of the surcharge (customer, project, manually entered on order, automatically applied) and the source of the price.
When adding/changing a customer or project on an existing order with tickets we will now more intelligently re-validate surcharges to keep the manually edited changes.

Releases will be every 6-8 weeks for the rest of the year.
Will be moving to quarterly releases sometime afterwards.

Methodology for entering competitor prices.
Will allow users to compare competitor prices when creating a new quote.
A simple to use grid for modifying prices to be lower than competitor prices.

Mapping is integrated into COMMANDtrack.
Uses Bing (Microsoft) maps. Maps are online and up to date.

26. Rostering Modifications
New scheduling screen developed in Track for aggregate fleet.
Will see schedule per truck instead of per order, similar to pump scheduling screen.
Ensures that trucks are fully scheduled throughout the day.

27. Inventory Closing Modification
For use at end of month stock takes.
Will have ability to soft close an inventory period by location.
Easy to use grid that will allow the user to enter all physical takes.

Will be updating when available, probably over New Year

29. Fast Reports
Fast reports to replace HTML invoice printing.
Fast reports to gradually replace existing hard coded reports.
Reports will need to be manually assembled by programming team. Once reports are completed users will have ability to modify reports to show additional data and arranged how they would like.
