Current activities
Contacting all Resources regarding RARF corrections and clarifications targeting EDS needs
Continuing efforts scoring the RARF submittals
Continuing efforts scoring the Resource mapping submittals
Populating database for internal ERCOT use
Establishing process for internal ERCOT RARF review/acceptance to populate ERCOT systems
Future activities
Finalize review/acceptance of RARF data by ERCOT data consumers
Begin scoping MP RARF interface project

3. Resource Registration – RARF Call Campaign
Reached over 77% of registered capacity within ERCOT
Tab by tab review targeting the following areas
Format of data, including blanks and removal of text in value fields
Review of RUC parameters and ramp rates
Review of seasonal parameters and resource limits
Did not get into the details for network modeling, planning, and protection
Target turnaround by MP was typically established to be two days

Network Model information alignment for equipment owned by Resource Entities
RARF (should replace Transmission Data Forms after Single Model Entry)
Transmission Data Forms for MP10
Information in existing model not currently reviewed
Needing information missing from existing model not being requested
Quality of data, such as impedances, incomplete or inaccurate will negatively affect network model and planning efforts
Changes to Nodal systems may require corrections to RARF
Private Network LRL should be zero, but HRL should encompass generating capabilities

Review/Validation process and timing
First step consists of a business review by WCS; may need immediate corrections by MP in order to load into RARF database
Temporary step consists of EDS critical data review
Formal process includes technical review by data consumers within ERCOT
Submittals
99.4% of registered capacity accounted for on RARFs
Contacted 77% of registered capacity for improvements to data and have been receiving corrections
Some of these still need to be re-scored
A few Resource Entities still have trouble with TML submittal

Initiation of network model change process (Transmission Data Forms as needed) target date of two weeks of ERCOT request
Submittals to include
MP10 Form
Check boxes if approved
If not approved, briefly write issues on MP10 form
If ERCOT model change required:
Complete ERCOT Transmission Data form
Send correct updated operational (non-relaying) oneline for facility
Status of 172 sites (removed DG and obsolete sites):
61% are complete
20% need to submit Transmission Data Forms or review corrected packages
12% are waiting on feedback/corrections by ERCOT
7% are non-responsive

9. Metric Revisions Needed?
Redefine or clarify the metrics?
MP11
Some options may include:
Closure of metric, but continue a report card of RARF status until approved for Nodal systems
Set new goal and continue efforts until approved for Nodal systems
Some effort will still be needed by MP and ERCOT until testing is complete
MP10
Stop phase 1 and begin phase 2 when NMMS is able to export the Nodal information
Continue phase 1 until corrections to current model are complete and begin phase 2 when NMMS is able to export the Nodal information
Beneficial to complete this now to reduce the effort on phase 2
New sites and private networks registering additional generators will be part of phase 2
