5. Company records the order in their Order Entry system

6. The Daily Delivery list is extracted from the Order Entry system and uploaded to the Mobius server.

7. PoD maintains a separate file for both Drivers and Vehicles.

8. When the Driver activates PoD, the Daily Delivery list as well as the Drivers and Vehicles files are downloaded from the server

9. When a delivery is made, the details of the delivery (what, when, quantity etc) are uploaded to the Mobius server.

10. The details of each delivery, including signatures and any photos are archived for later access.

11. The Company can ‘sweep’ the Mobius server at its own schedule to import the delivery transactions which can then be used to generate the Customer invoice.

12. PayClix can then present the invoice to the Customer, collect the money and report the payment transaction back to the Company.

13. PoD contains an extensive set of reports for tracking and reporting all deliveries and transactions.

26. Each vehicle can have a unique list of products and services that it can deliver/sell. This list can be easily customized on the Company dashboard

38. In this example, the customer ordered 270 units, but only 255 were available. Clicking in the ‘Available’ field shows that truck 2382 has 1510 units on board and available. Dispatch can change the route for 2382 to complete this delivery.
