Mission Statement Key Club is an international, student-led organization that provides its members with opportunities to provide service, build character and develop leadership. High school student members of Key Club perform acts of service in their communities, such as cleaning up parks, collecting clothing and organizing food drives. They also learn leadership skills by running meetings, planning projects and holding elected leadership positions at the club, district and international levels.

How KC Works Monthly general meetings Service events
Second Tuesday of every month Service events Board members will present different service opportunities every month Hours compiled into an hour log for each club member Park clean-ups, food drives, fundraisers, food banks, card making, etc.

Active Membership/Attendance
8 hours of service over the course of the school year Must be active to get cords/medallions (seniors) Attendance Must attend 5 of 7 general meetings (October-April) Show up to the events you sign up for Skipping an event without notice/replacement=negative hours

Leadership Opportunities
Freshman Representative Must be freshman Any program (IB/Medical/Traditional) Arrange a monthly event to present to club members Record attendance of the freshman class Represent the entire Class of 2021, be approachable
