3. Download Search for key word ‘Global Secure’
Look for Global Secure Logo

4. Login Open the App and enter your email address
Enter your Membership No.: GS00053HK
Press “Login”

5. Registration
Once logged in the app will open on “Personal Details” page
Complete all empty boxes and then select “Save Changes”

6. Location
Upon completing “Personal Details” section the App will direct you to “Country Intelligence” section and will detect your home country and bring up information about that country
Please note all future log in will direct you immediately to this page

7. Country Intelligence
“Country Intel” section is also available in main menu
“Country Intel” section allows you to research information pertaining selected countries
To search for other countries select search button and select from the list or type the country

8. Main Menu Press “Main Menu” button to go to ‘Menu’ page
Here you can choose various topics

9. Security Advice
Within ‘Security Advice’ section you can seek information regarding the following subjects:
Crime, Terrorism and Civil Threats
Electronic Crime
Home & Family
Natural Hazards
Travel

10. Medical Advisory
Within ‘Medical Advice’ section you can seek guidance and information regarding the following subjects for both adults and children:
Coughs
Diarrhea
Fever
Headache
Insect bites and stings
Minor cuts and wounds
Nasal congestion
Nausea & vomiting
Rash
Sprains & strains

11. Emergency Response Button
The App is programmed to call your dedicated hotline by press the RED Emergency Call button
