Arrival & Dismissal Arrival A.M. – Class starts at 8:00
Dismissal is at 11:00 Arrival P.M. – Class starts 12:15 Parents can drop off students at the pre-k doors from 12:10-12:20. Dismissal is at 3:05 Please do not get out of your vehicle when picking up your child. PM dismissal: If you walk up to the front to pick up your student you will have to sign them out in the office. Please write me a note if you change your child’s transportation. Also, if your child will be a bus rider please include the bus number in the note. I do not have access to bus numbers unless it comes from the parent. Per state law and for your child’s safety all children need to be bucked into a five-point harness or high-back booster.

Car Seat Safety

Absences It is necessary and required that a signed note be sent to the classroom teacher within three days of an absence for it to be excused. After three days, it will be unexcused. Excuse has to be written and signed, even if you inform the teacher or school. If you are going on vacation please send a letter to the principle at least two weeks in advance for approval.

Classroom Rules Rule 1 - hands are still Rule 2 – feet are quiet
Rule 3 – lips are closed Rule 4 - ears are listening

Nurse Check in all medicines to the nurse.
Notify the nurse and your child’s teacher of any food allergies to prevent accidents.

Extra Security To ensure the safety of all of our students,
you now have to be buzzed into the building and buzzed out into the school. Make sure that you have your identification on you.

Dismissal Please stay in your cars during dismissal time. If you get out of your vehicle you will be asked to return to your vehicle. If you need to buckle your child in please pull up.
