2. Schedule 4 files namely Y1/L1, Y2/L2, Y3/L3 and BlockRelease.
Information includes exact date, total no. of training days, where and what training elements scheduled for practical training for the whole academic year

3. 2. Training Centre Guide
Training Hours: 9:00 am to 4:30 pm with 1 hr lunch break.
Bring along the following stuff:
working clothes (blue overall),
safety shoes
padlock for locker
non-scheme A log book (green cover)
IVE student ID card
pen and paper
Public transportation for training centre complex.

4. Grouping list
To fit in the max training capacity of training centre, classes may have to split into groups. At the early stage of academic period, the grouping list may change slightly and the most updated list will be posted to the website of engineering discipline
5. Application for Changes
100% attendance for practical training
Fill in application form ,get endorsed by year tutor then pass it to practical training coordinator
Approved changes will notify students through in couples of weeks after application received
