2. Library Resources (Spaces)
The library has many spaces for students and faculty to use.
We have large tables open in the library, and comfortable chairs near the newspapers.
We also have study rooms, study carrels, a copy room.

3. Library Resources (Spaces) cont.
The library has a new Multimedia station. It’s a 60 inch touch screen monitor with 2 modes. A touch screen computer mode with Windows 10 and a screen projection mode. We also have a 1080p high resolution web cam for teleconferencing or creating your own videos. We are in the process of soundproofing the room, and getting lighting and backdrops. Look for changes soon!

4. Library Resources (Physical)
The library has many physical items and resources that you can use. We have: Lots of books on college subjects, magazines (and years of older archived magazines), daily newspapers, a microfiche reader, a graphic novel collection, an ADA accessible computer, ANDF
A VHS player!

5. Library Resources (Electronic)
About half of our library collection is now electronic and accessible anywhere you are. Our search tool is at
Over 150 databases, with millions of academic journal articles, full text eBooks and tens of thousands of academic videos.
A collection of WW2 Baytown Veteran oral histories.
LibGuides, which are librarian created guides for Lee College on a variety of disciplines and topics.

You can check out books at our Circulation desk in the front of the library You can get assistance at our Reference desk in the back of the library. We’ll answer almost any question and/or help you research of find library items whether online or in person. Our Staff is here to help!

8. Library Services cont.
You can order book from other libraries, using the Inter Library Loan service. You can request for us to purchase materials that we don’t have. There are a set of textbooks for many classes upfront, in our Textbook Reserves. They are only for use in the library. We do library instruction on library resources and information literacy. And we have print and fax services.
