3 SYNOPSIS Projects are set-aside for Small businesses
firm-fixed price contract(s) will be awarded for project. Negotiations are not anticipated, but possible. Project may be awarded with Alter for Mail Center project; however, will be evaluated separately.

5 WHAT IS THE CONTRACT PERIOD?
-- Construction period (30 days) is annotated in calendar days, after receiving the Notice to Proceed (NTP) -- Submittals are due 10 days after receipt of NTP (standard timeframe)

7 IMPORTANT REMINDER 1. Contractor Access Forms: shall be submitted at least 7 days prior to anticipated start date (base access not granted for any individual not cleared/on access list) 2. AT/OPSEC Requirements: Note requirements within solicitation, page 6. ***Certificates for all individuals who will require base access/perform work onsite, shall be provided to Contracting Officer, prior to an individual starting work onsite.*** 3. Contractor Manpower Reporting: see page 8 of solicitation ***Pricing for this requirement is accounted for on page 9 of solicitation***

8 WHAT YOU MUST SUBMIT Proposal Submission shall include:
Bid Bond/Guarantee (pg. 3) Proposal Form (pg. 9)/completed & signed, to include any amendments Provision (pg. 11)/completed AF 3052 cost estimate template Note that period of performance is negotiable; if you believe you need more than Gov estimated timeframe, add days to AF 3052 estimate doc, in appropriate section

9 PROPOSAL DUE DATES Proposals due date is 28 Apr 17; Mailed, ed, or Hand Carried ( strongly preferred and encouraged) No facsimile proposals will be accepted

10 AWARD Funds are currently available
Current government acceptance period is 60 days; should this time expire without award of contract, there will be a timeframe for allowance of price adjustment – no other revisions will be allowed. Contractor is strongly encouraged to put forth as complete, cost-effective initial proposal as practicable Award of contract does not constitute notice to proceed (awardee will be informed of all required NTP documents, upon contract distribution)

11 HOW QUESTIONS WILL BE HANDLED
Questions shall be submitted in writing (using RFI doc sent with solicitation) only via to: Submit questions NLT 3 days prior to proposal due date DO NOT CALL TECHNICAL PERSONNEL OR A&E- THIS WILL DELAY GETTING AN ANSWER All questions shall be submitted in RFI format All questions answered on a non-attribution basis All subcontractor questions must be submitted through the Primary bidder. Answers to questions received will be sent to all prospective bidders via
