Does anybody have any old shirts or aprons (children's and adults) that could be used for painting, baking in the Children's Work and Creche. They will be cut up and decorated, so please nothing you want back !

Exploring a call to ministry?
REVD Sally Nelson (right), Baptist tutor at St Hild College, Yorkshire, invites anyone interested in exploring a call to ministry to an information evening on Friday December 8th, from 6.30pm to 9pm, at South Parade Baptist Church, Headingley, Leeds. She writes: “Ask your questions in a safe space. Meet representatives from the YBA Ministry Group, the YBA Regional Team and the colleges. Prayer For Leeds
The next 24 hours of prayer for the city will be held at Gateway Church on Friday 17th to Saturday 18th November. 7pm - 7pm 
Taize Prayer will be taking place on Remembrance Sunday  8pm at Steinbeck URC. Sunday 12th November 
We always want to care & look out for each other as a community, but please remember that except for when they are in their designated groups, all children & young people remain the responsibility of their parents/carers at all times. Thanks everyone!

Tuesdays at 11am in the church office - a short prayer meeting with the staff and whoever would like to pray for Chapel A.
Housegroups generally meet on Monday, Tuesday and alternate Thursday evenings. Please see notice board in corridor.
Tuesdays - Totally Tuesday for Years 5-7, pm in Chapel All. Methodist Hall.
Wednesday – WOW youth group for Years 8+ in Chapel Allerton Methodist Hall.

StoryTellers Wanted
Follow your Pastor's example and dress as a donkey... We are looking for Storytellers for Creche to tell the story for ten minutes ... over the nativity period. Donkey dressing compulsory... All applications considered... apply to Catherine ...
Then we hope to recruit one storyteller per month to tell a story next year (2018), Again you  can dress up !! We hope to get 12 people who would literally just give up minutes and then rejoin the service dressed up or otherwise.. so we are talking about ten minutes per year to brighten our babies and toddlers lives !! Apply to Catherine, preferably in costume !!
