What is a SWOT Analysis ? SWOT analysis:
a tool for auditing an organization and its environment It is the first stage of planning and helps marketers to focus on key issues A swot analysis is a process through which you can critically examine both internal and external conditions and factors that may may affect your event. Strengths and weaknesses are primarily concerned with internal factors, while opportunities and threats focus on external factors.

Qualities that give a business a competitive advantage Weakness Qualities that give a business a competitive disadvantage Strengths: What strengths does your organization bring Young players Popular Weakness: can include anything that creates customer dissatisfaction Having a weakness is not necessarily bad, everyone has them. What is bad is either now knowing about them or, not being able to work them out. be honest with yourself, Can these weaknesses be overcome?

External Opportunities Threats
Features or events that could benefit the business Threats Features or events that could damage the business Opportunities: things that occur, which if handled properly, could be rewarding to a company. These may provide additional benefits that you might have overlooked. Threats: Problems that occur due to any environmental factor that negatively impacts the company. Weather, is there another event scheduled at the same time?
