Experience in Real Estate and Franchising Knowledge of Russian and Baltic Markets Practical yet strategic management style Track record in similar large scale operations including startup Entrepreneur

5 MARKETING VP (1) National marketing programs (TV, Newspapers, national campaigns) PR/sponsorships Coordinate global branding Support to area and site managers High level coordination with franchisees Competitor analysis Lead on environmental issues

Business Degree Knowledge of Finnish Markets and International Experience (or exposure) Experience in creating new brands/concepts Good coordination and communication skills Relationship building skills Team player A Finn
