2 Agenda Understanding the WebAdMIT Export Manager tool
Understanding the Custom Export Layout document Overview of available APIs for automation How to test prior to / after launch

3 What is the Export Manager
Tool that allows you to download applicant data from WebAdMIT into a CSV or XLS file Can create Export Templates and save them on the left side toolbar Select which fields to include in the export file Used to create integrations with other systems Note: Best practices identify that you should limit your exports to no more than 500 selected fields of data. Trying to export more than that may cause errors preventing the export from successfully generating. Also, keep in mind that the larger the data extraction, the longer the export will take to process. Please allow extra time when exporting data that involves recalculations, such as Scoring or Local / Prereq GPAs.** You also can use the Export manager to create printed letters in WebAdMIT.
