Power in Collaboration Last year at Blacklake some of our team seen Jobsetter/Toolsetter 101 training from Tonawanda presented. Tonawanda gave us a couple seats in their class, so we went to learn. We discovered….this was something we wanted to invest in our people for the SGE Engine Launch. WIN-WIN We ran a pilot at Flint Engine and shared seats with Bay City & Saginaw

Value? Offsets on machines
Machining Concepts Class Value? Offsets on machines 2nd & 3rd shift has only one person for entire factory to perform offsets If he is on another job, or unavailable we have wasted many hours of downtime waiting for machines to bought back in spec. Make the Production people capable of performing actions that produce a quality part.

Once the error was found Fam0 had to have a containment of an Est Blocks for poor crosshatch. Could have cost Millions of dollars.
