The Off-Grid EXPO and the today’s B2B event provide an excellent opportunity to meet and to know about solar entrepreneurs from Philippines but also from abroad (Asia, Europe, America …)
Those entrepreneurs are solar product manufacturers, assemblers, suppliers, SHS installers, service providers and project developers.
PVM program will launch a first bid for 15,000 SHS soon.

3. B 2 B Matchmaking
Objective: to facilitate contacts and to encourage partnership between 2 key parties prior to the PVM bidding process:
Solar product suppliers (national & international)
Local solar service providers (national) for installation and technical support
A third entity could also intervene in the bidding process as "bid leader".

After preliminary SHS product screening, very few SHS comply with PVM requirements and most of suppliers have to adapt their standard kits or to propose new systems; LG certification shall be mandatory for 2nd bidding.
