Apprenticeship Apprenticeship- a person who is under obligation to work for his master for a period of time for which he receives his masters instruction for his profession, art, or occupation The apprentice is usually bound by a personal contract The term for an apprentice can be up to 7 years. So if you were fourteen your term would end when you turn twenty one The apprenticeship could be broken but by mutual consent
