1. FTMVEND
The Vendor Maintenance form allows you to access vendor information in Banner.

2. Accessing FTMVEND
The Vendor Maintenance form is accessed through the General Menu’s Go To… box.
It can sometimes be accessed from another form via the search button.
It is not a query form (it does not have a query mode), so you must either:
Already have the Vendor ID number available, or
Search for a vendor by clicking on the search button next to the Vendor ID Field, and use FTIIDEN - the Entity Name/ID Search form

3. Viewing Vendor information in FTMVEND
Vendor Maintenance Tab:
Address Sequence Number Defaults (VO & VP)
Discount Code (when negotiated)
Additional Information Tab:
1099 Tax ID (masked)
Vendor Types Tab – lists attributes such as:
Corporation/Incorporated or Small Business
Minority or Women Owned
Address Tab:
Vendor Order Addresses
Vendor Payment Addresses

4. Verifying FTMVEND Information
Compare the information found in Banner to the information found on vendor documents (or web sites) for accuracy.
If the information is missing or inaccurate in Banner, contact Accounts Payable in Business Affairs for corrections or updates.
