Pens that do no have to be refilled all the time, but are cheap and can be thrown away if they are empty
Computers that are used to do daily tasks faster, for example to calculate marks quickly or to do the budget of the school
Fax machines that can be used to send letters quickly instead of using slow postal services
Telephones that can be used to speak to people over long distances
Photocopiers that can be used to make a quick print of something so that it does not have to be rewritten
