These are the numbers that can be reached by doing times tables
The multiples of 10 are 10, 20, 30, 40, 50, 60 etc.

6, 12, 18, 24, 30, 36, 42, 48 etc

5. Square Numbers
These numbers are achieved by multiplying a number by itself
It can be used to find area
2 squared is 4
2 x 2= 4
What is 1 squared?
1 x 1= 1
What is 9 squared? 81

6. Cubed Numbers
These numbers are achieved by multiplying a number by itself three times
It can be used to find volume
3 cubed is 3 x 3 x 3= 27
What is 2 cubed?
2 x 2 x 2= 8
What is 10 cubed?
10 x 10 x 10= 1,000

A square that is 3 cm long has an area of 3 squared
3 x 3= 9cm²
A football pitch that is 100m long has an area of 10, 000 m²

8. Changing length into volume
A cube that is 5 cm long has a volume of 125cm³
To change 10 cm into 10 cm³ you have to cube 10
10 x 10 x 10 = 1,000cm³
